hello.. at here wanna ask something.. help pls
i just sold a handset to a person.
that handset is totally working and dun have problem.. its been using by me untill the day i sold to him.
after sold and reach to him, after few days, he come back and find me said my phone got problem.

is this fair to a seller..? he come back to me after few days.. i duno wats the problem with the phone also coz i duno wat he did to the phone.

did u state anything about personal warranty on ur thread?

i dint giv personal warranty to the buyer as i stated on my thread before.. i only giv 3days personal warranty to ppl who cod with me..
so mean i dint giv her personal warranty.. he did ask me to giv her personal warranty before we deal but i denied to give coz i scare anything will happen when pos laju sending it..
the buyer is not cod from me.. i sent to him through pos laju..

its not good for me if i stated his nick here.. i only wanna clear this problem..

Alright, is the buyer aware that you are not giving him/her any personal warranty? If he is aware, he can do nothing since he agreed on the first point before any purchase is made. If he is not aware, the situation will be more complicated.

standard procedure of any dispute issue is that the OTHER party must be informed about the post.

well, at least there exists warranty for postage such as warranty on DOA..

since u said u was using postage to send the phone, mind to tell us how did u wrap it?

how am i gonna bear the cost of repairment if any damage occured after user been using it for few days..? its stated so clear also that i dint give any personal warranty to ppl which using pos laju or other courier service.. cod i also dare to giv 3 to 7days personal warranty only.. u know rite..? sometimes buyer modified the item bought or do anything with it and after that got problem then come back find seller.. ist its unfair?

did u pm him to come here?or else u should close this thread

the phone is well working even with the keypad and joystick..
last time im using my maxis number on the phone and i can make any calls and receive any msg but he told me like got no service.. what is happen with this phone if its really happen to him..

i ask her for PERSONAL WARRNTY because it is POSTING...

and i know i did not know the condition of the phone..she just said that it is in good condition...

but when i get it at my house, the problem occured...

1STLY...the connection(coverage)...sometimes have and sometimes not...and sometimes shows EMERGENCY CALLS!

2NDLY...the microphone problem...problem when i was trying to call my friends,its like hear-not-hear...some like that...at the first i assumed it was connection problem...line not clear..but suddenly i found that the problem comes form the hp...

3rdly...the seller said that the condition is NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR!...but when i receive the item...it look VERY -VERY-VERY- BAD! SCRATCH HEAR AND THERE...later i will pos the PICTURE OF THE HP THAT I GET FROM HER

4th...not actually a problem..but i am the TRUSTED BUYER AND SELLER HERE....AT LOWYAT.net...see my trading list and my successfull trade...so, it is impossible for me to lie to my seller...

before this i didnt got any problem while using courier-either poslaju or any service post-...although i know u using BUBLE PLASTIC WARPPER...but its just FROM YR OWN MOUTH...might be...THE PHONE WAS PROBLEM BEFORE U SENDING IT TO ME!...AND U START TO OPEN NEW THREAD IN DISPUTE SECTION SAID...'HOW TO SOLVE THIS!"...haiya!....

To the seller.. i suggest you show proof that the buyer agreed to NO PERSONAL WARRANTY as the buyer here is claiming that he had asked for personal warranty.

If the seller can prove that the buyer had agreed to term of no warranty, the I believe the buyer can't make any claims at all.

I know that kcgboyz could be telling the truth, but as i said, if the seller can prove with a doubt that he had agreed to the term, then not much can be done.

i sell u rm153+ (pos laju rm6+).. u expect it to be new like 1st hand phone..?
