Hi Nicholasfx9, please do update us with the fix from SC so that I can update the front post accordingly.

This might help others who face the same problem.

FC for city driving still OK for me but if long distance will be great. FC still depend on how you drive it. I have seen people been driving 500km in a single tank.

In terms of the car as a whole, not a superb car from the beginning but there are lots of space for improvement (have to fork out more money to mod it).

I have begun to mod it even it just 2 months car and I started to enjoy even more with the car.

The reason I choose Persona over Bezza/MyVi:

1. Family: I need boot space for my daughter stuff. My Honda Jazz Hybrid suck at the department.
2. I don’t like bontot tongeng.
3. Safety: 6 airbags + others safety mechanisms.

Issue with this car is not really a big headache. Small minor rattling noise here and there.

It all boil down to the objective of you buying this car. If it meet your requirements then you can go ahead to place an order.

Hope this helps.
To be honest, not at all. Rattling noise is the main thing most of us face. I read some people have major issue with Persona but the occurrence is rather rare.

As long as engage with a good SC, problem can be solved.

Anyone bought the car with package of 5 years warranty ?
If I overdue the service date for like few days ,will it void my warranty?

Dont worry a just go for service, just remind u could only delay ur service internal by 1k km or 1 months from your last service date. smile.gif

Hi guys, from many of previous post knowing that many servicing at Senaxis.

I book a service with them using proton app on last week for this sat minor service but didint receives any call from them on the booking confirmation.
So on today i call them since they did not revert me on any confirmation and they told me to just walk in to service as long as arriving before 3pm.
Is this true? Because for my past 3 services at cose all requires booking and does not entertain walk in.

I did called them if u read my previous post...from phone call they say just come anything they will do for me including servicing etc.
Im just not comfortable why they cannot allocate a slot for me.

Anyway below is one of the google review for proton sc glenmerie.

"Made a call to make an appointment to service my car. Was told to just walk-in and no appointment needed. Went to the service center and was asked if appointment was made by the receptionist/ front counter. Ended up having to wait for more than 1 hour just to be called, detailing out about the service needed. They said they prioritize the ones who have made their appointment, I understand that but screw the operator who said appointment is not needed. Perodua service center is much better!"

Last time I just literally walk-in and let them fix some of the issue with my car. For me, I just put my car there and take Grab back to office since they are nearest to my office. They fixed the issue kinda fast. Bear in mind that they only have 4 bays to work with and there are lots of owners go there for servicing.

If you want a specific slot then just tell them over the phone and you go there slightly early. I believe they will give the slot to you.

Just wondering, when you start, did the low battery signal appear?
How old is the car?

It didn’t appear. My car is 5 months old. Too early to be weak battery, no? There was no indicator anyway on the MID
