Try using LAN cable. You need to be on 5GHZ wifi to get optimal speed. The accurate way to test is just use a direct ethernet cable.

Otherwise, you need a better router.

Maybe caused by ppl ddos unifi server with my utility?
My server damn efficient leh, only 1gb ram vps oso can make tm crash

haha, TM might limited your speed?
Try kept restart Routers for better IP and speedtest again, sometime got improvements.

i think u have ac5300 that cost rm2k but using 2.4g wireless still same result for sure.

Last time before Unifi boost implementation for all, I constantly get 100mbps, now always get 20mbps. wtf? I paid so much for the speed, and all get the free upgrade with cheaper price.

WiFi (2.4/5) or Ethernet? For that speed you might need to use a gigabit Ethernet cable (provided that the BTU and the router supports Gigabit Ethernet) icon_idea.gif
