Guys I have a number that the WeChat account is no longer active. How can I reactivate it? Based on the instructions it says need someone to help?

Just tried Petron deal at another station in Penang.
The cashier didn't even ask how much in my wallet. I got RM 30.
It went through. This time, the receipt print out from vendor terminal is faster than my Payment Successful notification on my phone.
As usual, they don't care your phone status.

Mana? Didn't saw it inside the tnc. I are not allowed miscalculate my tank size, my tanky size not as big as urs one ok?

Uncle u first time pump petrol? Which car not able to fill up rm40 if empty? Or you drive motorbike to pump RM5 and hope for refund 35? Nice try! Well done

So sad so many greedy people in this world trying to take advantage and end up wasting food/free stuff.

Not sure if trolling or just plain dumb, this is the first time I heard of someone asking for refund because the tank is full.

Imagine paying card or cash for petrol and then ask for refund cuz his tank is already full, I bet he's the only one who does that.

Probably his car fuel gauge broken so don't blame him.

And maybe he assume all kind of vouchers/rebates will also give him a refund if the purchase value is less than that.

I'm using the same debit card for 5 different wechat account, just have to link/unlink everytime you switch.

i think the latter he thinks he can outsmart wechat and refund RM20 rebate as free pocket money

On a side note, like i mentioned before, if someone cannot utilize the RM40 meaning they did not meet the RM40 minimum buying requirement and hence not eligible for RM20 rebate, if they want to refund.

So lets say if he pump RM30 wanna refund rm10, i will ask him to pay actual petrol price Rm30 and no RM20 rebate for him. This is how to tackle dumba$$ like him.

My fuel gauge broken last year and i never overestimated my petrol. Not a good excuse at all. unless he first day driving.

Refund is possible at petrol station only if it is paid by cash

But how do you expect to get refund when you are paying using WeChat pay? Refund is only possible if you are paying using cash. So all the time before this, you are paying using cash I guess? On a side note, I wonder how much did you pump that make you make a fuss here over the refund. Even if you have pumped let’s say RM30, you have also fully utilized the amount you paid and get RM10 free petrol so isn’t it still a good thing

I pump away what ever left inside my wechatpay credit, which is no longer have the free stuff. I already claim all the 4 free petrol. Therefore I cannot get my actual refund amount, for example I pay RM20 but cannot get refund of RM3-4 when my tanky full, which is why I said its too risky when I pay with wechatpay the worker dunno how to refund me.

Oh that’s mean you are using WeChat pay to pay for the fifth or more times right? You should have chosen to withdraw the remaining balance to bank account instead. There’s no charges for doing so

Same with me. It requires someone who meet some criteria to help. But the problem is I couldn’t get someone to help me. Most of my friends no longer using wechat but some of them are using but not active using it.

Maybe some of you guys could help us? Basically it requires someone who active with WeChat to reactivate our locked account. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Wechat ios have updated their UI to look better...just want to share the China wallet design...it look much better and cleaner...quite like it but i think it will take life time for MY wallet to update to same design...

perhaps refund is not enabled for malaysia wallet yet. china wallet cashier can just scan the transaction qr to refund

Pumped at Petron Lukut, NS, no issue at all. Just told cashier to pay with WeChat Pay and she scanned without asking my balance.
