Hmm. Hmm. You know what... Somebody shared earlier how to get China wallet without the hassle. I asked my Malaysian friend to try and confirmed it's working.

You just need someone to send you money in RMB, RMB 0.10, RMB 1 or any amount. Then enter your credit card details to link it. You will have China wallet.. That credit card serves no purpose though just as a linkage. You cannot use it to pay. Our wallet only allows fund stored in the wallet.

By this sentence "Enter your credit card details to link it", do you mean a China CC or Malaysia CC?

Most probably the balance petrol gotta be burnt instead of the merchant taking back the RM20 since you need to make payment before you start to pump petrol

Your link can't be opened though but on a side note, your "auto scan and pay for parking" refers to auto scanning the number plate and make payment using wechat pay? Sunway Pyramid is also currently testing this system but not sure how the parking fees is charged

But how do you expect to get refund when you are paying using WeChat pay? Refund is only possible if you are paying using cash. So all the time before this, you are paying using cash I guess? On a side note, I wonder how much did you pump that make you make a fuss here over the refund. Even if you have pumped let’s say RM30, you have also fully utilized the amount you paid and get RM10 free petrol so isn’t it still a good thing

Oh that’s mean you are using WeChat pay to pay for the fifth or more times right? You should have chosen to withdraw the remaining balance to bank account instead. There’s no charges for doing so

Checked the list on their fb page. The petron I went also doesn't have any banner at the cashier counter but I can pay using WCP so I assume it is the same case that they didn't put the banner/sticker?
