rtx2080 seems like 5-15% faster than gtx1080ti

2080ti would be around 50% faster than 1080ti if what nvidia released is what we get from proper benchmark

guessing not many preorders hencd they released a deceptive slide.

we really do not know what resolution/AA settings.
i suspect these cards are better at 4k but not that much at 1080p.

but seriously a beast if its true. that puts the 2080 around 20-30% faster than a 1080ti.. so da 2080ti should be 50-60% faster than 1080ti... its like a titan V.

for those esports players with 1080p 240hz, they already using 1080ti to pump out serious fps. Not that those esports games are too gpu intensive

Just wait for actual real-world benchmarks from tech reviewers. That will be more convincing.

Its very fast in title that can use Tensor core but in older title not so much .

Well, the controversy here is - they are comparing 2080 to 1080. Shouldn't they be comparing price points at launch instead?

Also they came to a conclusion of 1x2080 = 2x1080 by enabling DLSS. Deep learning super sampling is only confirmed to be supported in like, 4 games now lol.

Gonna just wait real world review for AAA games on QHD or 4K resolution.

2080 is 60% more expensive than 1080,
2080 Ti is 80% more expensive than 1080 Ti

I wish Nvidia allowed reviewer to publish their own benchmark instead of coming up with their own one with full of ambiguity.
