slider is a bad form factor. When nokia's gonna learn. i guess they PURPOSELY market slider concept in order for the unit to get wear and tear easily (and unnoticeable too...). If it lasts long, then they will lose customer when they launch new product(s).

QUOTE(animegod @ Apr 16 2007, 10:59 PM) hEHE... mR Beyblade.... 6300 that's it? Wow, really? Which SC in penang you go? Need to take note of it if I were to own a N95 and the slider went loose Just admit you cant afford N95. Regarding the exchange... The phone dealer had agreed to help out. He's in this forum as well :> . By the way, don't compare AP set to Zitron. It's so much different. Also, if any of you are not satisfied with the condition of your phone, just go ahead and tell them to repair it at the service centre, rather than sit around at the dark corner and mourn. The service centre I went to earlier in Penang tried their best to solve the problem. It's not entirely their fault that they can't repair it since it's too new. Btw, HSDPA is a major feature and therefore is a major problem if it doesn't work. Also, my slider is perfect. If it's not, I would give it a try to repair or exchange to a new set. It's 3K we're talking about. Not 1k. So dont give up. |

let me remind most of you that this is a free forum and people have their own right of words.
i would second the comment about the n95's slider not being as well-constructed as the 8800. ive never had any problems with the 8800's slider, while all i see here is people complaining about their n95's going loose. im not going against the phone, in fact, im planning to get one. every review has to come with both pros and cons. not just the good points. |

IMHO, just bear with it. Even if you get a solid set, the slider will become loose after some time due to wear and tear.

Tell me which handphone in the market is damn good without any complaint received...NONE? If you all are like handphone freak so face the picture. I have been using so many fones until ppl think that i so crazy until spend almost my saving buying fone. Complaint is a lot of course..but still buy fone..So if you find phone faulty go to SC to repair it. But pls keep u in mind not always Nokia replaced u with new set unless hopeless case only... |

I made a video showing one of the many capabilities of the Nokia N95. I transferred a TV episode I had on my 24-inch iMac to the Nokia N95, then connected it to the TV-out with my television. If you haven't done this yet, you will be surprised at the quality of the video. I'm sorry the limited lighting on this video did not portray it accurately.
The episode was converted to the N95 using my conversion guide. The video was filmed with a Nokia N93. Notice that the telephone number was blurred out? I did that with Final Cut Pro... I'm slowly learning more about editing video! from here This post has been edited by smashpOp: Apr 17 2007, 12:29 PM |

Lets just forget about Beyblade. Anyway, the Nokia SC said there will be a firmware update very soon. I believe it'll fix most of the bugs we currently experienced.
And like smashpOp said, the video quality is really good. N93 is still better of course, but in static image quality, N95 is the best. |
