Rental purpose can consider Jati, if not mistaken 3r2b same as Baiduri.

Target tenant will be Setia City Mall worker.

Now, I think even can rent out at least RM 1,000 .... by 3 years time, I think even starting at RM 1.1k is consider good since I believe the appreciation has great potential to rise to at least RM 260-270k ...

Have had the same idea with you due to Jati is cheaper by anor 10% ... but it's no harm taking a bet at Baiduri, looks much better facade compare to Jati leh and lower density ....

Not so clever also..because the one got selected only allowed to choose a unit.., name not transferable and to get a loan as well...unless rich enough for cash purchase. You have to consider this as well smile.gif

aiyoh loan there you can put joint name/ guarantor etc etc....lots of way to choose from
