jati/baiduri are quite far away and considered sort of low cost housing IMHO...

curious to know those who are planning to buy are for own stay or goreng?

i just feel even though want to make money, should not goreng those low cost properties cos they are really people who need shelter over their heads... but that's just me tongue.gif

haha...who will feel that money is enough for them??? laugh.gif

I wondering what ran through people's mind when "investing" in those low cost apartments @ premium prices. Own stay nvm la, flip.... how much they targetting to flip for LOW COST apartments? RM350k once VPed? Unless they would wanna hold those units for a long period of time, hoping for the rental to catch up with installment with interest 5-10 years later, if not it really baffles me how they do their math....or did they? I guess the loan tighening policies had shifted entry level "gorengers"/ wannabe gorengers to aim for cheaper properties. Well, maybe I don't have the insight these people got and not deserved to earn humoungous quick bucks, as I'll stick to my portfolio to confinue invest in more matured area.... sorry if offended any tai tai here smile.gif just expressing my opinion to give everyone some food for thought tongue.gif

We are glad to have people think like you. Less competitors. Not everyone has rich sugar daddy or come from rich background. They start investing in low cost and collect bullet. from low end to low medium, landed. at least they buy and wait. not wait to buy.

see, this is where people like to shoot when and where they like to. tongue.gif

these apts are not low cost, open to all, reported 50% bumi.

abt low cost... how many want it, tried to get it, got it to stay? or rent it out anyway??

before anyone take the high moral ground, pls ask if one has said and done anything on these:

1. rich connected cronies getting actual low cost 40k apts and rent to foreigners.

2. already said - why not ban super rich from gorenging 500-600k props as midclass are crying foul?

3. what do you do about rich privileged groups buying left right and center with hefty discounts for low and high cost props?
