Not so clever also..because the one got selected only allowed to choose a unit.., name not transferable and to get a loan as well...unless rich enough for cash purchase. You have to consider this as well smile.gif

Ecopark was back in few years ago. The Setia Alam for best master plan category is the recent one. It's posted in their website or if you noticed the advertisement in the newspaper last week.

IMO it depends on your needs ..whether location is your priority or you are more concern on the propoerty price ? Early impression, many people say this place is far...now, people said it's far and expensive!! so this is subjective to own preference. But it is difficult to get a new double story house which is not far (from PJ ) and which is cheap (for my case , below rm400k).

So if you think u like the place and it is within your budget, you may consider it.

The newer 20x70 are Melastoma, Maranta and Mimosa at Indah 13. They havent opened the road..but i guess u will managed to sneak in.

Expected to get key in about 1 or 2 months time.

i think this time..not much units to ballot. only 3 blocks available..can foresee no of ppl to join the ballot will hit 8k.

Erm..it is not transferable..technically, you can't sell to other people..you havent sign the SPA, so the unit is not yours yet tongue.gif

Probably you can choose those units on ground to 3rd floor, the cementry view is not so visible.

As at yesterday, i think the ballot number has reached at least 4300++. My sister's number is at 43XX.

There is no chance at all to open other 3 blocks for public, even there is left out unit from staff blocks. They will keep it only for staffs and associates only.

what i understand was , they having some problems with contractors and also they took this opportunity to get rid of the current contractor and brings in a new contractor. But, till now, seems still not moving. Or, they still not resolved the issue.
