I lived in BBR (bdr bkt raja) & vested in both setia alam & BBR (most of it in Setia alam).
I've been living in BBR for 4 yrs already..
For me, I prefer to live in BBR compare to Setia alam because:
1) BBR is peaceful & not crowded.
2) The township is designed with plenty of buffer land area.
3) For similar price, house & land is bigger. For example in BBR corner unit building is wide by 4ft than intermediate unit (Eg int 20x65, corner usually 24x65). Land usually more than 10 ft than Setia alam house (Eg corner in BBR land is 30ft, setia alam is 20ft).
It is worse when compare end lot BBR with Setia alam (SA). In BBR endlot land is 10ft, in setia alam land is?? Can hardly see land at the SA endlot lol.. Want to plant tree also hard oo..<5ft is it??
5) House orientation is more interesting in BBR while in SA house orientation is boring north & south with too many houses facing each other.. In BBR got many houses facing land area..
6) Less traffic in BBR.
However, i still love developer SPSetia compare to Sime Darby. SPSetia provide many basic ammenities in SA while Sime only knows to build house only, even school also dun have..

Luckily BBR is just next to SA only..
So anything i want eg shopping, buying, go to bank i will go to setia alam lol..
Maybe if BBR is far from SA, then perhaps I will choose SA over BBR huu..
Did u guys know that BBR is nearer to:
1) Carrefour
2) Jusco bkt raja
3) Klang parade
4) Pasar besar klang
compare to SA?
Later, west coast highway will have intersection in BBR..
BBR & SA both have its pros & cons depend on individual preference..
