Is worth to invest intan/kasturi? Wat is the estimate rental there? Scare supply is more than demand......since trefoil takeup rate is quite slow....

Dear All,
Kasturi seem have RM50K more than intan selling price, is't over price for kasturi? What is the expected rental for this kind of apartment if buy for investment? Kindly advise. Thanks. |

Hi All,
Wonder wat is the rental for kasturi upon VP? As current akasia the rental only reach RM850. Instalment will be RM1000 + RM150-200 (maintenance) for kasturi if loan up to 90%. It will reach min RM1200 rental for kasturi? How about intan? |
