I think it's not worth it even at 50+%

Boost can become the no.1 mobile payment app if they can find more merchants.. so far i dont see any other app that is as secure and easy to use as Boost.

Another issue they need to kinda "fix" is that maybe fix the time of cashback, example if you do transaction anytime today 0000hour to 2359 hour, cashback is fixed to come into your balance by tomorrow 1200hour..

Boost CS staff, I know you're reading this. Relay this to your higher management.

Oh yeah, the UI can be a bit more user friendly.... Of course this is the last thing that needs "fixing"...

I'm suspecting the one with the username "Boost App" that appeared in this thread and kept telling people to contact their CS from few days back is a legit Boost staff.

Was at a Nando's outlet where the mobile data quota inside MP@y terminal already over usage, cashier tried using the outlet WiFi but not working and even used her own hotspot but poor network signal at the outlet, end up share own hotspot for the terminal, entire process took 15 minutes for a simple payment

Same thing happened to me. Android.

So what I did is force close the app. Go to the app settings and force close it and relaunch it.

Worked for me.

Else just try uninstall and install again.

i just tested boost pay yesterday.
added RM50 credits, & did som grocery shopping, scan & paid wit boost.

but later i noticed my account balance still showing RM50.
i thought maybe slow update. waited till 2day, balance still RM50.

is that normal? 

Revisiting this as the same thing happened to me today at 7pm. I bought items at KK worth RM23. POS showed Total RM23, Payment RM0. After scanning my Boost code, it showed Total RM23, Payment RM23 and the receipt was printed as usual. However, no notification of payment appeared on my iPad and no shake reward. As of now, 9pm, my Boost balance still has not changed and no sign of that transaction in History.

Did Boost adjust your balance in the days after your transaction?
