QUOTE(Sumofwhich @ Aug 2 2018, 12:27 AM) Anyone tried the utility bill payment mechanism? Minimum amount to get shake rewards and is it possible to split into multiple payments? I tried to pay 2 different bills today...both also didn't have shake reward. shake reward RM0 you can split the bill into multiple payments. but each payment for the same utility account can only be made after 24 hours |

Did you use different boost accounts to pay ?***EDITED*** - the limitation of 24 hours is for MPSJ bill - fro water bill, i can pay multiple times to the same bill account This post has been edited by car_computer: Aug 2 2018, 04:14 PM |

I hate that kind of situation, but it's normal when the merchant company just partnered with Boost, it takes time if they're slow in informing the outlets and providing the POS system or the QR code sign.hahahahahaha Then she told me : CASH ONLY. KK mart was quite quick when Boost just made the announcement of the partnership. Tips for using Boost for the 50% cash back
1. Before you even sit down, ask the waiter if Boost is accepted. Sometimes even though there's a sticker at the door that says "Boost accepted", they may still not accept it for a multitude of reasons , like "system down/offline" 2. Know what you're ordering, and ask to pay as soon as you have ordered. That way if something goes wrong (for example connection issues with the machine) then you can still cancel the order. The machine requires internet connection to function. It's that simple. This post has been edited by jfleong: Aug 2 2018, 04:06 PM |

Did they have any signs or stickers showing that they accept Boost at the counter? KK mart, nando's, tealive and borders display Boost sign at their counter. Paparich doesnt, that's why the cashier is unaware of boost |
