Guys, last month is my first time reload TNG ewallet and boost with yolo. My transaction date is on 8th - 10th May. But, today my cash back excluded these ewallet reload. Is it ewallet not eligible for cash back or cash back pool finish before 8th?

Can u show us the cashback and all the other transactions? so that we can show u some calculation may be?

Have you use 8x or 16x.

8th to 10th is abit late. Try to reload before 5th.

I still haven't get my cash back for May spending on my YOLO!

I've calculated already everything else got cash back except the ewallet reload.

Used 16x already. Everything else got 8% CB. I just need to confirm for month of May, when is the last day spending that you all eligible for CB.

Only thing I can think off is your transaction posted in previous month, but if the posting is as you mentioned above then should be can get.

Anyone of you able to get the RM25 SST credited back for Yolo card after requesting from the CS?

Seems like no so lucky for me, call in to CS intended to waive the SST, but the CS told me there is no way to waive it.

will try another call nx week.

No way to waive sst. Use other correct term.
