I'm planning to apply the UOB Yolo card via UOB online have you guys tried calling the customer service and request for RM25 rebate?
Currently I have a UOB One Card and gotten a RM25 cashback on November 2018 after I told the customer service I would like to cancel my card.

I didn't receive any cashback is it because due to 19 May same online gateway transactions counted as One transactions? or the quota runs out?

Got this too and replied them last week. Today got a call from the officer, offering 6 month 0% but she said it's based on reducing balance concept of BT, not too sure what is it. She explained that there will be a new account number for this BT amount, and during the monthly payment, need to pay to this new account and not the original cc account. Also this is something interesting and I'm not sure if I got it right. She said that there will be only 5% monthly minimum payment, where I need to pay only this every month, and on the 6th month, then only just pay off the remaining without any charges or penalty. Example is if I take 10k BT, then every month I pay only 5% which is about RM500 for the first 5 months, then on the 6th month I just pay off the remaining 7.5k. To al the sifus here, may I know if I understand this correctly? Also if there's any "traps" that I need to be careful with? Thanks in advance For balance transfer campaign Feb 2022, I asked the officer if there is any processing fee under the T&C, there is none, 0% for 12mths. Any early settlement penalty? No as well. How do we ensure or protect ourselves in case there is any dispute?
