How to use uniringgit to offset payment? I go to tmrw app and try to pay with uniringgit, all transaction disabled. There is no minimum points to use right?

Ytd I paid my statement balance, both issuing bank and UOB also sent me a msg of the successful transaction, then around 355pm ytd, UOB sent me a msg say my transaction declined due to CVV number of something, just now I check my balance, the statement balance I paid ytd morning gone, balance back to pre payment amount
So I called UOB CS, the CS told me all transactions made ytd on 28th same issue, and she is waiting for top management for answer when I ask her when will this be resolved, so wanna ask Anybody else same fate as me? My money paid ytd still not shown in app as of now |
