Ytd I paid my statement balance, both issuing bank and UOB also sent me a msg of the successful transaction, then around 355pm ytd, UOB sent me a msg say my transaction declined due to CVV number of something, just now I check my balance, the statement balance I paid ytd morning gone, balance back to pre payment amount

So I called UOB CS, the CS told me all transactions made ytd on 28th same issue, and she is waiting for top management for answer when I ask her when will this be resolved, so wanna ask

Anybody else same fate as me?

My money paid ytd still not shown in app as of now

Totally missing from transactions, but today check, everything back to normal....
