Let’s say i perform RM5k online transaction on 28 Feb 2025 & posted on 1 March 2025, will the transaction counted as cashback for Feb or March?

EVOL is first come first serve right? Pretty sure it doesn't count for Feb at least.

Then please seek your answers for what you seek with UOB elsewhere. Didn't you get the memo on this subject ?

it is treated as Feb25 transaction based on my previous experience... the CS told me the product team come back n said is based on transaction date and not posting date... but, their TnC is confusing..

I just called and the CS submit the SST cb for approval. If success will be credited on next statement or a unsuccessful notification send to me if not approved. Completely different from last year not giving any try and told me cant get waiver/cb, end up i want to cancel it and they call me back to retain and offer SST cb.

Just received SMS:
RM0 UOB: Dear Customer, your recent waiver request was unsuccessful. Thank you for your support

Proceed to pay all the outstanding and call to cancel.
Retention team will call within 6 working days and the card cancellation will only be cancelled after speak with retention team.

Call UOB about the annual fee waiver and was subsequently contacted regarding the Balance Transfer 12 Months 0% offer, which aligns with my current needs. Accepted the offer and get the annual fee waiver.

Just got my card statement, and found my cash back was missing, i further contacted customer service, and was told transaction posted on statement date are not calculated toward current statement cash back,
In short, the amount is payable in current statement but not calculated towards current month cash back.
Also, based on cs explanation, it may take up to 5 days from transaction to posting
So sad I’m missing RM 30 cash back

you should read the T&Cs thoroughly

that's why dont do final transactions when 1-2 days near your statement date

Just received a call from UOB ask me to keep using my card and swipe one time within 60 days to get the RM25 cash back

oh, good for u, btw what oub card u are holding? my is UOB PRVI miles elite still got a lot point inside, dare not try to cancel, so just pay the RM25

i got uob one plat, yolo and citibank converted pme, lazada, simple and one basic (from citi cb)
2 years ago i try to cancel my pme as well with points inside due to they wanna charge AF, end up they give the 60k (maybe forgot to retrieve back) and waive it without condition
last year also no sign of AF charge, i think they waived for 3 years but i will continue to cancel cards if they charge SST
no point paying so many cards with SST unless they give cb to cover it
