Just got my card statement, and found my cash back was missing, i further contacted customer service, and was told transaction posted on statement date are not calculated toward current statement cash back,
In short, the amount is payable in current statement but not calculated towards current month cash back.
Also, based on cs explanation, it may take up to 5 days from transaction to posting
So sad I’m missing RM 30 cash back
