QUOTE(jefftan4888 @ Oct 12 2019, 09:57 AM) You can check back my UOB application history. Initially, I applied for a UOB card via RP. My first and last time apply via RP. After changing my application from RP to the bank directly, I got my card approved within 5 working days. Ya but i’m not in the rush for the card. I just want to do the ‘tricks’ later in nov/dec so that I can redeem my shopee coins. I got around RM170 worth of shopee coins in 3 accounts from playing shopee quiz. |

QUOTE(jefftan4888 @ Oct 12 2019, 10:23 AM) This month already tidak sempat since CB allocation also habis already. Besides, I’ve applied 7 CC with this 2 months (Aug and Sept) however, only 4 approved (all online CB card), and the other 3 rejected (the 3 rejected is not really the one I want - just apply thru RP for Vivo S1 sign yo gift and surprisingly for that 3 it’s fast)So I think mcm too aggresive later bank thinks I’m applying all these cards to withdraw cash and pay ahlong ahahah |

QUOTE(jefftan4888 @ Oct 12 2019, 02:14 PM) Only apply cards that you really use. Banks approve cards based on your payback ability. They don’t care the no. of cards you have. If you have good payback records, they will give you more CL. I always keep my balance CC 0 before month end so that it wont be reflect in my eCCris because i’m still in process of applying CC. And yes, my older 3 CC and car loan shows very good record. But I’m planning to roll the CC money withdrawn from ‘various cheap platform available’ into short term deposit, just that my statement date is kinda messy, some 10, 12, 19, 20... Probably need one day to sit in front excel and do all the maths when I’m a bit free |

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Oct 13 2019, 11:32 AM) HSBC, Citibank and RHB. The card I applied is those RM24k per annum income (except for HSBC), but still rejected. Annual income is way more than that. But dont really care coz I applied those cards to get Vivo S1 phone that day thru RinggitPlus.QUOTE(jefftan4888 @ Oct 13 2019, 11:45 AM) I didn't change the statement date for Aeon as the date falls within my other cards, so no issue for me. Our score is not much difference. Also clean CCris record. Perhaps the 3 banks reject me due to they know I only apply coz I want to get the freegift and plan to cancel after that. Ahahah.Btw, I got a free CTOS score. Below is my latest score after applying for 18 cards from 11 banks. [attachmentid=10334165] Planning to get Maybank Barcelona once my UOB YOLO approved. Wanting the UOB YOLO more than Maybank Barcelona. ![]() This post has been edited by cucikaki: Oct 13 2019, 12:09 PM |

QUOTE(JuneResources @ Oct 14 2019, 05:31 PM) Same too my score also like that.. But I cannot like you all so many credit card at least 10 keping.. My annual income is more than RM40k per annum, never beg me also. Reject ade lah. That's really too many almost need to keep properly by using name card holder.. Those oversea bank like HSBC, citibank and others of their requirement slightly higher. Perhaps at least you have Rm38k per annum income or above (if you have RM40K annum income CONFIRM) they will begged you "Please support me and apply at least 1 credit card for me".. Else, get out of my way and I don't want see your name again.. That's really reality bank.. Or maybe they know I purposely apply for the free gift, coz I got ask when can approve when they call as RP gifts is only limited to first 100 ppl. |

Spent around 20 mins reading keyword of 'Boost' and 'Bigpay' 'cashback'.
Let me summarise for future newbies to UOB. 1. Cashback is based on calendar month - not statement date. - just like Aeon Big Visa Gold, Ambank True, SC JOP and LFC. 2. Bigpay is not eligible to get cashback - but counted as online transaction to fulfill 8x/16x swipes criteria. 3. Boost is eligible for cashback (including swipe criteria) 4. Boost - with OTP or no OTP - both eligible for cashback and swipe criteria. 5. CB pool is limited to RM120k per month, hence, first come first basis - so be advised to perform your transaction every 1st of the month. (Also reported where some user tried to perform transaction on 1st of the month, midnight, however OTP page still shows 30th of previous month, hence, kindly take note of the date shown in the OTP page). Credit goes to those kind-hearted people that willing to share all of this info. However, I have question which I think no one has asked before. and doesn't appear in the post with keywords that I typed in. Scenario 1: 1 November 2019 - Top up RM625 to Boost - single transaction. 29 November 2019 - Top up RM10 x 15 to BP. Scenario 2: 1 November 2019 - Top up RM10 x RM15 to BP. 29 November 2019 - Top up RM625 to Boost - single transaction Will I be eligible for CB under both scenario? Or I need to fulfill the both swipe and amount criteria on FCFB? The reason I'm asking is I might want to split the transaction to 2 different statement date in order keep the money elsewhere. Someone also might ask, why don't I perform RM39 x 15 and RM40 x 1 to Boost on 1 November 2019. The reason is I have encountered problems where 'card not charged' always occur to me. For example to fulfill the booat mission last time where top up RM50 to wallet get 3 coins, etc etc. I always split my top up in the past, and sometimes kena 'card not charged' error. Another scenario... Scenario 3: 1 November 2019 - Pay things in Shopee RM40 x 16 = RM640. Shopee should be eligible right. I know I search and no one ever say Shopee is not eligible but just want affirmation. Thanks This post has been edited by cucikaki: Oct 15 2019, 09:19 PM |

QUOTE(mamamia @ Oct 16 2019, 07:15 AM) All 3 scenario will get cashback, depend on cb pool for the month. For scenario 3, I think u can’t pay more than 2 times in same day with same card with same seller.. Scenario 3, T&C said it will only be regarded as 1 transaction is the purchase amount is below RM10. So I guess since it’s above RM10 so should be treated as seperately. Correct me if im wrong.Scenario 2 most probably u won’t get full cashback.. but this was something tested by some sifu months ago, not sure whether still valid.. |

QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Oct 16 2019, 08:00 AM) CC shall make your life easier not miserable. Alright. Then I’ll do everything on 1st.Plan 17x online transactions (1 extra, just in case) on the first day of every month. That's it! If Boost is disqualified in the future, then consider TMOnline, SEB Cares (minimum RM1 is possible)! TM - i applied for paynothing campaign, so now free internet. SEB - this payment goes to PBB Visa QV to get 5% CB ahahah |
