What are the normal range of salary for consultant M&E engineer??

I would say a you are little bit underpaid, but it is a normal salary rate for a local SME business. With your master qualification, MNC company should be able to pay you higher.

I am a Mechanical Design Engineer myself. just curious, are you working in KL?
