Hey was wondering. The custom skin in sunway. Will affect wireless charging? And is it recommended? Since the back is glass.

It's slightly delayed on my Android device at times too actually, but yeah, it's worse on iOS devices for now.

A delay between one tick and two ticks? Between sent and delivered? How much of a delay are we talking about here?

Nope. Wireless charging will work fine unless there's metal plate in between the phone and the pad.

It's a 1-2 second delay between hitting the Send key and the first tick. Could be a bit longer sometimes too.

In retrospect it's not a big issue, but it's just annoying, ha ha...

Ah I see. I definitely don’t see this happening on both my ip8 and ipx. Only see maybe a split second delay between the single tick and the double tick which I consider normal.

Just thinking out of the box, are you using a third party keyboard by any chance?

No, I was using the stock keyboard

You know of the Live Photo feature on the iPhone X (and a few others like i7 and i8)? That is, when you activate Live before taking a photo, it results in a Live Photo that has 3 seconds of video/motion to it.

I then set such a photo as a lock screen wallpaper.

I learned something new today too.

Then not phone problem I think. Probably not iOS too since not everyone affected. Network? SIM? WhatsApp account?

Changed new SIM card as well. Put simcard into android phone no issue at all...
so far i heard only iphone x and some iphone 8 users reported this issue.

I think it's the WhatsApp app on iOS, but it happens only intermittently, so it's hard to say for sure.

Have both Cosmos Blue and Saddle Brown one. The Saddle Brown one turn more beautiful overtime due to the patina formed. The Cosmos Blue is not bad but Saddle Brown has developed a more elegant patina. The leather case is soft and warm to the touch. The only disadvantage of using a leather case is that it will shows a lot of fingernail scratches overtime and it's not water resistant.

Saw some ads for the Nomad Leather Case which looks pretty dope tbh.
