That's for an imported, US set. Doubt the local MY set would hit that price so soon smile.gif
*
Still, thats more than RM1k discount. Starting to feel regret to adopt the iPhone X since launch day looking at the prices now sweat.gif

go a head and join naked x family  rclxms.gif

been using since iphone 6, only dropped and cracked my iphone 7 screen once.

Only for the brave biggrin.gif
Was using my iPhone 8+ naked before getting the iPhone X, until i dropped it and the back glass broke. Got quoted RM2399 to replace the back glass, which actually means paying the full price for phone replacement. After that my iPhone X no more naked already innocent.gif

If the Pixel XL2 was available locally, I might be tempted to switch camps. Just might. Hahaha...
*
I too wouldnt mind to switch camps if the Pixel 2 was officially available here biggrin.gif
But then luckily not available here locally so I stick to iPhone X tongue.gif

I have been using Rhinoshield Crashguard > Spigen > Nomad Rugged Leather (since Dec 2017) and first time i use without a case today ......
All 3 cases trapped alot of dust when i put my phone in my pocket......is this normal?

Crashguard lasted me 1 week, Spigen (3 mths) the longest and Nomad Rugged 4 hours. Didn't like any of them.
*
Normal to catch lint in pocket
I used the iPhone X naked at one point, but then realised the silver iPhone stainless steel sides collect scratches so easily so i went back to using a case

i noticed that there's a lot of dust at the front lens, sensors and IR under the screen protector. this is so annoying.
*
Preferable to get a screen protector which does not cover the top portion of the sensors where dust can get trapped underneath.

When the notch first came out, there was a big hoo ha over it. But look at the number of Android phones with notches emerging right after the X.

as expensive as it is, the best bluetooth earpiece for me is the AirPods. everything just works; the pairing is super easy, the sound quality is consistent (not spectacular, but good enough ala EarPod), battery life is good and most importantly for me, no dropouts. i have yet to encounter any sudden loss of connection, it just plays like a normal earphone. the icing on the cake is the lack of lag when using it while watching videos, meaning the video is synchronized to the sound

Lazada had a good deal back then, not sure if it is still available. or if you have friends or relatives overseas, ask them to get it for you. in HK they are selling it for HKD1288 (around RM644). it's seriously worth it, at least for me
*
The Airpod fitting is the same as the Earpod fitting ya?
The Earpod didnt really fit in my ears last time, keep dropping out, so I guess the Airpod fitting is the same?

yeah apparently the size is the same. but i have seen some ear tip / ear bud accessories that has help improved the AirPods' fitting. saw a bunch of listings on Amazon but I am sure AliExpress or Lazada would have them as well. something like this
*
Stuff like the earskinz defeats the purpose of the Airpod simplicity as will have to remove them off everytime you want to put them back in the case

Does your car has V-Cool or 3M tinted? If yes, for some reasons, it has to do with that blocking the signal. I’ve tried in a few environment.
*
Normally those high heat rejection tints (95% heat rejection) will interfere with GPS and cell signal because the tint contain small metallic particles in the tint.
Unless the tint is those ceramic tint or carbon tint, then it will not interfere with GPS or cell signal

Just noticed that there is like a small gap between my iPhone X display and the metal body. Look like as though the adhesive between the screen and metal body came off
Attached Image

Anyone face this issue? Contemplating whether to claim warranty because if claim warranty I will lose my screen protector and back skin rclxub.gif

Mine all good - display glass and metal bezel are tightly coupled.

You are considering whether or not to claim warranty on your 5k+ phone just because of SP and skin? Interesting.
*
Just sent my iPhone X for warranty claim at Mac City already whistling.gif
They said since it’s just adhesive, they will repair the phone instead of replace hmm.gif
