Just delete the card from Shopee n manually key in again.. something wrong with Shopee platform on this.. I experienced this b4, n I actually worried our credit card details being compromised as I also don have dupe acc but got the error msg.. I hope my guess is not right

Wonder anyone experienced this:

I’ve made 2 purchase via Shopee with same seller with Quantum Master & PBVS sup card, after payment done, it shown payment verified, but the order didn’t appear in my Purchase History, 2 payments, only PBVS payment order appeared in Shopee, Order made with PBQM is missing..But, I can c the authorized charges appeared in my PBQM.. now I dunno how to appeal with Shopee as it didn’t appear in my purchase history and I can’t find Payment history too.

I used mobile app, n I didn’t receive the email for the 2nd order..

I also try login with my laptop, but didn’t appear.

I checked with seller, seller said only received 1 order.

I’ve 2 orders, 1 paid with PBVS - email received, order tracked and seller get notified n appear in my purchase history. PBVS authorized charges shown.

2nd order paid with PBQM - order didn’t appear in my purchase history. No email receive from Shopee. But authorized charges on PBQM shown the payment.

Both payment went through successfully n shown in PBB authorized charges, but only 1 order is tracked by Shopee.

My case still unresolved.. the txn was posted to my PBB QM. Shopee CS told me their payment channel agent ie Cybersource will refund to me within 7-14 working days.. (which is standard reply), but as I know Shopee refund took less than than 5 working days. I wonder whether they initiate the refund since I can’t even track the txn as no purchase history appear. Now I’m stuck, I dunno who should I refer to to get back my money. Whether I should file dispute with PBB.

I’ve call PBB to get approval code, but unable to reach BigPay, nobody pick up Call. Waited for 30 minutes, no choice I contacted them via fb messenger.. ask for my phone no n name, then the OTP sms which has failed reload. but I asked whether they need the approval code, th cs said no need n he help me to escalate to their finance dept, still waiting for them to investigate. It is really bad experience for this failure n unable to get help immediately.. their Helpline is not 24 hours: I’m actually waiting to use th BigPay card to pay taobao.. but after the reload failed, I stop reloading until it resolved. Hope can resolve today.

For my case last week I top up morning around 10am & 7+pm, Both posted next day. N as I know BigPay merchant is 8 hours later.. so, I would advise to avoid early morning top up if u wan to join the cb4u
