Either it finishes the download, or the connection broke in any case, once the active downloads queue is empty the power light stops blinking and you know... IT IS DONE!!!

i'm a big tmnuts supporter....NOT!

unless there's competition to tmnuts, the line/connection ain't gonna get better. their policy of so what if your line sucs, go subscribe to another provider lah (if there is).

getting the right ip is important, it's a matter of dl a 1GB content in a matter of 3 hours or 3 days. (please don't flame me...i dl halo 3 beta within 3 hrs) for those of you in the non-magical ip, i'm sorry....i feel your pain but even magical ip get congested after a week or so and then you'll have to start all over again in finding that special ip.

connection in different areas have different issues. if you complain to tmnuts, they'll ask you to do a song & dance b4 taking a complaint from you. if you have a problem, call up everyday & ask them to "RESET THE PORT". on most occassions, this will help. also, sometimes, it's due to the telelphone line itself from telekom, and again u'll need to call up telekom to tell them of poor line connection & explain about dl dropouts and connection problem. telekom usually takes care of the problem (& quite4 fast too) by giving you a better line but at the cost of your neighbours (who will then get the sucky line).

1GB or 512MB?....it's all the same, performance is a best effort basis & it's dependent on the ip. don't want to be mean but i bet some of the 512MB package performs better than those of u that has the 1GB package.

it's not even 1GB or 512MB, it's just 1MB or 512KB. this when most other Asian country are running on 10MB connection....

Once again I would like to say "thank you" to tmnut for the connection. I was downloading my Halo 3 beta and it disconnected at 93%. Now it goes back to 1% and it have been 1% for 5 hours already. Now maybe they have tuned down the 1MB line to get us sign up for the 4MB packages at high price MYR$198???
Yes, other Asian countries have 10MB line at a cheaper price too. Monopoly sux!

What goes around comes around. TM will definitely step their foots on the shits that they spilled out before. When the time comes, they will need to clean the shit themselves. We'll see...

UPDATE: I just received my Gold reload card (US 12+1) from postman, a word of caution to everyone who purchase the reload card. PLEASE USE COIN ONLY to scratch for the code! I almost destroy the code by using scissor to scratch it. Phews... almost RM158 gone to the drain if that happens.

Guys, how to contact M$ in order to cancel my gold membership??? I've been going through the MSN support service and yet the direct link to the xbox live billing service (SG - since mine is SG account) was allegedly "couldn't be found". WTF??? it seems like M$ wanna keep sucking juice from my wallet!!

You have to call them to cancel your gold subscription. You cannot cancel your gold subscription on Xbox.com.
