How yoodo will deduct?

Just paid RM1 for express delivery and it really arrived in less than 2 hours. Sign up for RM12 2GB. I'm going to test a month and if okay, I'll change to RM5 voice plus 20gb addon. I'm gonna move my main/supp over from maxis one plan to hotlink or whatever.

Noticed that Celcom has 4G+ nowadays in my work place. They didn't used to have it when I ported out to Maxis a year ago.

I did checked and if I subscribe 20gb + 2000 minutes, still only RM60 vs RM98 with One Plan. At first I'm interested with the RM5 per month because I'm planning to buy a tracking watch for my son but I'm not willing to pay RM30 (other telco) just for connectivity.

Nope. It will deduct all rm30 from credit card. Unless u call cs and ask for refund and also deduct from my wallet. I’ve done that

I’m not sure about this, I’m new user to Yoodo this month and my plan is only 2000 minutes talk, I wanna buy booster also can’t access Yoodo app 😅 FYI, full 3G and 4G signals, end up connect to public wifi and bought and try again using Cellular Data and coilaa it works after then

I’m not sure but just now I chat one of them and she said Yoodo doesn’t do partial payment. I was charged RM 21.20 (because I got my welcome bonus RM20 and buying 20GB and I’m using Passport so kena tax)

But maybe because it’s tax, if plans price maybe can separate but not so sure, details as attached

You should feedback this to their Community forum so that they can do something about it hopefully.

Give feedback to the community, usually jeff the community manager will follow up to that.

Testing, posting to lowyat without data subscription and wifi is off. Slow, but it seems yoodo gives us basic internet. WhatsApp working too, text only, images too ages to load.

When did u started using Yoodo? Ur data subscription ran out of quota or u did not subscribe any data plan at all? Mine only call plan and is active no basic data at all.

Just tested again, basic data not working. Do we need special APN? I using yoodo and celcom apn also cannot use data

My plan renewed today, only for 50 minutes talk time. I had data before which expired as my main plan expired (the boaster). It's only connected to H+ however. And just bought the boaster and it changes to 4G.

I guess it's different. Maxis is widest coverage (they say) while yoodo (celcom network) is good at certain places.

Maxis has the faster data speed in Malaysia.

I guess so. But my area, celcom is better than maxis and digi. Why? I have maxis broadband, celcom yoodo and digi prepaid.

Previously on umobile before move over to celcom yoodo.
