Is Yoodo service available at the MRT Underground Stations in KL? Also, how much is the boost plan for the data (1, 3, 6 or 20 GB)? A customer can only buy boost plan after subscribing to basic data of 2 GB or after subscribing to 50 SMS for RM 3 a month? TQ

You can buy boost plan as long as you subscribe either one of these or combination of data, call or sms plan

I supposed they have basic internet capped at 64kbps despite no data plan subscribed during plan active period?

I did not subscribe for any data only call n sms plan. Tested whatsapp not receiving any messages. Browser also not working. Confirm no basic internet.

Same, only voice but no basic internet. Tried to go google.com in browser, it somehow will redirect to celcom.com.my but won't load at all.

The only thing I pretty much dislike about Yoodo is that they restrict certain short code number. I'm trying to send a message to a number to stop it from sending promotional message to me, but Yoodo won't allow me to. I guess my only option is to apply for new number and terminate current one.

We don’t have an emergency contact number, but even without a data plan, you can still access the app and talk to a Yoodo team member, as long as your phone has access to 3G/4G network coverage.

That is not true, can't even access Yoodo app without data plan. A CaptivePortal notification will appear once data is on.

u purchase voice & then addon data? I can only see those 20gb facebook/ig etc addon. & i cannot proceed unless i choose data plan.

Yes, you need a voice, sms or data plan first before getting that add-on.

my question is.. first u only buy voice plan without data plan (cheapest is RM5). then you buy addon data?
