agree. when i went to tm point to pickup the sims only one counter exclusive handle the unifi mobile, others counter staff just relax doing nothing even at the times no other customers came except for the sim

i also wonder why other staffs dont help, i waited almost 30 minutes for my turn. other counter empty for what? payment done using the kioks machine

i think 2 out 100 customers came that to tm point now for streamyx.unifi broadband problem, other are for sims.

mine before, 2gb data (telco hotlink)usually last 2 weeks, now i already used 4gb out of 20gb within a week. the usage is not differ i think

sure, i put it on my mom non smart phone, heck i even put on router, mifi, windows phone.. all works fine include on my tablet

mine is when it enter 3g mode in non 4g area, it wont turn into 4g mode automatic after enter in 4g area unless i turn on and off airplane mode. it kind of annoying to do that every time. test it with two phones

what happen if i in non 4g area, can i use data since it lock to 4g or i need to change to 3g manually again?

in my case, only latest version of apps receive 123 p. notification, the backup phone not receive which assume the app is not uptodate

nope. see my speedtest, my home lte4g got 9mbs and test 3g speed outside 4g speed is 5mbs

and lte 0.5mbs is tested inside mall

1-if i enable it, does it consume my mobile data whenever i make a call?

2-i have two sim slot, slot1 is for call and slot2 is for data, so do i need to make ll suing slot2 sim in order to utilize volte since slot1 signal is unifi3g and slot2 is unifi 4g?

basic = 3g? but the speed is how much capped? 64kbs? 128kbs? or normal g speed?
