Unifi Mobile hotspot is very fine at my end. In fact the speed on my laptop that is tethered to my phone is so much faster than my main line, which calls itself the fastest 4G network around! There is always a trade-off, ya - so the data meter runs quite fast too. I think my 20gb may not exactly last through tan_aniki's 16 years - more like 80 days perhaps! hehe...

Keep trying. There are probably all sorts of reasons for passwords to be rejected, but for Unifi Mobile, the only notice that's been programmed is this 8 character alphanumeric thing, so it appears for everything. Keep trying with all kinds of acceptable combinations and you will get there. My first two went with no trouble. Third password just needed a letter changed to upper case. 4 & 5 - you wouldn't believe the kinds of combinations of alphanumeric I came up with for a password before one was accepted (after the other eleven) - baker's dozen made it to the door! icon_rolleyes.gif

As for the 50mb, if you don't see it in the app, it probably means that the 50mb have been used up, most likely when you were trying out the app online initially. Your balance for the 20gb probably now reads as lower than 20gb, like in 19 point something, correct?

For two of my sims, where the 20gb is in full, the 50mb count is showing at balance of 48mb left. For the other three where the 50mb count doesn't show at all, the 20gb count is 19.81, 19.91 and 14.51 respectively. Yes, I have been happily using up the 20gb in earnest for one sim! rclxm9.gif

If it's a dual sim, set everything to unifi and do the call in and call out, and see if it works. And then go back to your previous configurations.

Or try it on a different phone and see if it works there.

Sometimes it's that way.

If you received your sim yesterday, that means you should have your 20gb. Go back to the TM Point where you collected your sim and ask them for help.

Most of us are taken up by the data issues, and have not got round to trying out the calls and sms yet. A number of users have found they have this problem. Does anyone else also have problems with incoming calls not getting through?

Problem is Unifi mobile CS is app-based, and 100 doesn't serve Unifi mobile subscribers because it's for TM subscribers, so you will need to talk to the Unifi mobile CS on the app via chat.
