QUOTE(air_mood @ Oct 21 2016, 01:36 AM) No service charge for payments whatsoever, hence why I booked thru Traveloka. They also have some discounts. So was cheap. How do I link to my Airasia account? Under "My Booking" there's a button called "View Other Booking" and try n c whether your reservation is there or not!?

Wanna ask, I have a flight that I have checked in earlier but on the day of departure the passenger fell sick and was unfit for travel by air as advised by the doctor. Will the passenger be able to get claims for that?

Will the passenger be able to get claims for that? Claims? You mean refund? If refund, no..If im not wrong they will credit you the same value of trip which you are allowed to choose within 3 months. Eg, they issued you the credit on 23 Oct, you must fly between 23 Oct to 23 Jan 2017.. You can call them and submit the case to AirAsia..You are required to provide a legal and official letter from the doctor stating the passenger is not allowed to fly. Not sure la but i think u better call and check..

How sick do I have to be to be able to claim the credit back from Air Asia? Is it possible if I am sick before the day and got a letter from local doctor saying that I am unfit to travel? Anyone knows? Thanks

Then you will just miss your flight and after that just filed a case to AirAsia with your letter ASAP to see if you are eligible to be credited for another flight.

I'm also requesting for airport tax refund again today for my recent trip. Flight was on 22/10 and return 30/10. Today just submitted the e-Form. Let's see how long it'll take for them to get back to me. http://www.airasia.com/ask/template.do?id=443

Does AirAsia give other compensations lets say the dish you ordered is finished? Last time I encountered the dish I prebooked ran out and they ask to give me diffferent dish. After that, the attendant ask, "Can I get you anything else? Drinks?" Does that mean free given that they didn't honour the choice?

Any idea why no date shows up when doing a search for KL-Cebu/Boracay...It keeps saying sold out. Doesn't really make sense to me.

The error doesn't mean sold out, it means there isnt any flight on that day. KL-CEBU route is operated by Philippines AirAsia and they don have a daily flight.. Currently they only fly on Monday, Tues, Thurs and Sat.

I dont know whether this has been discussed before or not. But just found this thread and start to park here now.
I just converted my Maybank Treatpoint to Airasia Big point. This evening, got email from AA offer 1-way route as low as 500 points such as KL to Krabi, Phuket Pattaya and etc. Quickly i stop work and i browse through their website.
The 500 or 1000 point is at awkward travelling time. Low point at late evening and sometimes at night etc... no morning flight or may be there are few, but need 10k or 19k points ++ then u'll get the morning flight.
if weekdays then u'll get the promo point like 500 or 1k point. but still, the return flight required big point. Not really a good deal.
Feels like got played by AA. I thought it is fixed point, but rupanya tak. Some more, the travelling period are very immediate..
Okay, I know la its free ticket (Only pay tax and fuel surcharge), but then, AA need to be more liniant a bit la, like award their frequent flyers with low point for all the time (during the promo) and fixed point.
feels like pointless la macam ni. My accumulated point now: 9500. OR! still too low? and people who redeem are taking around 50~100k points?? What you guys think?
