Should try KLM. Lowest fare offered is RM323 return, all inclusive. No further addon costs.

Checkin online early, and you can pick your seats for free. Light meal on outbound flight. Full meal on inbound flight. Can request for beer and wine. Free on board entertainment. Widebody jet. Have not encountered any serious delays yet, but I am sure their recovery plans will be a lot better than AA. Definitely a better flight experience, for me, compared to AA.

Arrive CGK late evening. If traffic to city is ok, still got time to party.

Had try KLM to Jakarta. Quite good actually their service eventhough with old stewards on board.Hehe.

Hi. I booked tix from KUL to KIX without a problem. But when I want to book tix from HND to KUL suddenly got a problem regarding my name is more than 32 characters. What could be a reason for this issue?

Anyone face flight cancellation to Kansai Airport (KIX)? Airasia just change the flight from D7532 at 2 am to D71 at 2.15 pm.

Curious, if you guys change flight to another day (given an option by them just like in Kansai case), do you have to buy the flight on another day on your own and pay on your own first? And claim back later?

Or you have to arrange with them through the phone or something?
*
Me just done contacted airasia thorugh online chat. Takes time because need to queue. Once the queue is done just give the new date if you want to do flight change. Airasia will be revert back through email with new itinerary if new date requested available.

Do they change for you (at no cost) the return flight as well? Since our itinerary and plans have been disrupted?

Or they just change for the cancelled departing flight from Malaysia to the intended destination?

1. Move flight: Change to a new travel date on the same route within 14 calendar days from original flight date without additional cost and subject to seat availability; OR
*
Yes, 1 time free of charge if itinerary has been disrupted.

If don't want to do flight change they will change to next available flight on that day.

So, that means return flight can be changed too (free of charge) although AirAsia did not cancel the return flight in the first place?

That case I don't know because I only bought one way flight.
