"you pay upfront RM60 (simpack + SP FAT10)"
Mean that i need buy new sim pack? Only last 10 months and the cost of 1GB = RM5 ... ?
*
Yes, new simpack is RM10. Another RM50 is for reload right after registration. After reloading, you subscribe to SP FAT10 to get immediate 28 months validity + 10GB SP + 10GB free data plan for 1 month.

The 10GB Season Pass costs RM50 to subscribe so, 1GB = RM5 ... ok ? If not enough SP data, you can also buy some more during happy hour or from the daily season pass.

Whenever you topup, your validity will be extended ... ex: if you topup another RM50 to buy data during happy hour, your validity will also be extended by another 50 days ... yes, any new validity you acquire is added to the end of existing validity ...

If you almost reach 28 months then you can topup RM25 to buy 1 year validity @ RM25 ... if you want more then you can buy more validity to add to existing validity ...

So, you probably will ask if can change from black to prepaid ? .... Yes, you can ... but I was told that one will get zero validity + zero SP balances (all forfeited). So I guess its best to get a new simpack since changing black to prepaid then one will have to start from zero ......

As I mentioned previously, it all depends on one's usage pattern and requirements ....

One thing about onexox, it works best when you have multiple numbers/sim. I have one black and one prepaid. I purchased SP plus for the prepaid to share data with my black.

hi all, thinking of switching over to Black, but wanted to understand more first:

Q1a. how much do I need to pay for a starter pack if I am going for B10?
Q1b. how long is the default validity from the starter pack?
Q1c. and every month how much do I need to pay?

Q2a. for B10, I will get 1GB of data per month, so if I cannot finish the 1GB of data, it will be carried forward to the following month until I finish it?
Q2b. Do I need to pay anything extra other than the amount from Q1?

Q3a. for B10, if I finish the 1GB of data before the cycle date, can I top up the data again?
Q3b. if yes, what are the options for the top up?

A1a. Pay RM10 for B10 ... that's it ... I was told that's the total B10 sign-up payment ...
A1b. no validity ... it's like postpaid
A1c. monthly bill RM10 minimum

A2a. All black quota can carry forward ... If you have balance then it will bring forward to next month
A2b. No if you use less than monthly 1GB + 20 minutes. Yes if you need more data and/or minutes

A3a. Add more data quota by purchasing season pass
A3b. Topup or payment using normal topup channel ie: dealer, 7-11, epay, petrol station, etc

Go read some more ... onexox have 2 different product:
1- onexox prepaid = long validity + topup only when required
2- onexox black = hybrid postpaid/prepaid + monthly commitment

I was told that you can change from black to prepaid by making request through CS @ 12273 ... but you start with zero balances. All credit and quota balance will be forfeited.

Nope, you don't get 28 months validity ... I believe it will reset to 30days validity if not mistaken ...

Do you know how the MNP process works for OneXOX?
I'm based in Singapore and tried to do the MNP from Maxis to UMobile before, I never received the MNP sms once I get back to SG sweat.gif
Wonder if there's any way to port out without waiting in Malaysia for the sms which might take days

MNP to OneXOX is the same with any other telco. Submit your mnp request through a dealer or on the online store.

The thing is that the mnp sms confirmation uses telco's internal system number ex: Maxis 20025 or Celcom 28882 ... so that the sms may be able to receive but you may not be able to reply ... maybe depends on the roaming partner ... I was told of a case whereby someone on a working trip to Thailand was able to reply the mnp request from U to onexox ... YMMV ...

I was told that the only way to directly terminate onexox black is to fill up the termination request form and submit to any onexox black dealer or service centre.

There are also two indirect way:
1. convert to onexox prepaid and leave it to expire (I believe in 90 days)
2. mnp out to another telco but do not activate and leave it to expire (should be between 14 to 30 days)

If you are in Singapore, your MNP will not successful process.
The MNP SMS must be done during you are in Malaysia. It will automatic reject if you are in roaming state.

Previously I got done before when I was in Brunei, the MNP process unable to successful.
Only when there is no choice during in Malaysia, the MNP process has been done and successfully switch.

Hope this information will useful for you.

Arhh.. shocking.gif It seems like there is a blackhole inside T&C for this.
Then if I use another method,

oneXOX Black > other telco (such as DiGi, maxis) > oneXOX prepaid.

Will this can done to get 28 months validity? I understand there is cooling period after switch to another telco, but OK for it as long as to get 28 months validity.

Any suggestions?
