thinking of getting XOX Black B10 plan for my car gps tracker, I noticed there is no sms included. So if I reload Rm15 per month, it will deduct accordingly from Rm5 if let's say the gps tracker device sent me the sms with the location of my car?

Need at least 100mb of data for the gps location lock. When you mention no monthly commitment, how much do I need to credit into the account?

sms mode no need data, the tracker not using any data. no ppu.
gprs mode @ can view near real time location using online tracking platform need little data

me using ori coban tracker with sms mode using onexox prepaid with credit rm0.01 + hundred free sms last time i check
make sure no one call that sim card or set admin number
first thing first please disable voice mail

Can I share my data from XOX season pass to XOX black?

I received a sms saying that I have activated 1 day internet pass with 500MB while I was roaming with Singapore network M1.

I searched in XOX portal but cannot find any thing similar to this but I found it on Celcom portal instead. Celcom portal says it is RM38/day. Since XOX is using Celcom network, it is treated the same too?

I did not turn on International Data Roaming option on my phone yet I still receive this SMS. Selfcare did not show such item yet.

Anybody had face this problem before?

Can anyone advise me on how much will it be and what should I do to get it waved should it incurred in my upcoming bill? Call CS?

Spoken to CS yesterday, he told me data roaming is till under testing period.

I had been charged for RM 38/day/500mb data roaming charge into my bill.

I believe this amount is based on Celcom data roaming charges as XOX is base on their network.

He will help me to submit a report for this and I was told that I am not the first one.
