I am having issue paying using Self-Care because cannot received TAC. My OneXOX Black number is not MNP (its a new registered SIM from XOX).
Can anyone here help? Thank you.
Update: I solved it by calling the customer service to track the TAC.

Can this B10 plan get roaming when I am in Singapore and receive TAC as usual? Anything I should do to activate this roaming?
Thinking of MNP from umobile to B10.
Also, for season pass and happy hour if I cannot finish it within a month, will it be carried forward too?
