hey , i was supposed to report at 6 april as croupier , but because of personal problem , i can't report that day , only available after 10 april , i know i can call their human resource department to inform them but will them allow that?

hi..i am actually having a fren in china who wish to work at genting highland.but just get to know that the age limit is from 18-28 but my fren is 30 and tats y she will not be able to register at china. it was not same as msia which is 35 yrs old.

is thr any posibility she can come over to msia genting to interview on (which is on every saturday session)? is it she can apply for own work permit to work at genting personally? she is willing to do so if it is ok.

IS THERE ANYONE CAN HELP ME ON THIS MATTERS? WHAT WE SHOULD DO?ANYTHING THAT WE CAN DO???

REALLY APPRECIATE IT THE HELP AS I UNDERSTAND THAT THE REGISTRATION IN CHINA WOULD BE IN THIS COMING MAY.

You mean during working time only, or can't enter hotel compound at all? What if my husband/family wanna go there and visit me for a week or so? I can't stay with them in the hotel?

During working time and non-working time, as long as u r still a staff in genting.
You can inform the hotel management (PIC) that you're a staff and you're going into the hotel to meet with your family and see if they allow you to enter the hotel.

2months holiday can apply or not?

yup, u can appy if they nid part time worker for 2 months. before tat i din mention i jz wan work 2 months la...i work as club elite bartender, earn RM1500+ per month. quite good d for me

is that means you can leave whenever you want to leave??
did they need any further notice?? like a month notice be4 u leave?

is there any lubang to apply the job as croupier at genting? i'm actually asking for 1 of my cousin. his spm result wasn't that good and was rejected by tar college for certificate/diploma course. so i was suggesting that he work at genting casino. is there anyway to get that job? well at least an interview will do.

It is not easy to determine if a person had 'good customer service' at the interview. That quality can only be accessed when they are on the job. In the interview, the interviewer look a candidate with a jovial character who is confident but polite. Perhaps the interviewers at Genting dont know how to look for the right candidate that is why the dealers are mostly "black-faced-goddess".

croupier is tough job, intense environment, rude customers.

I dont think the customers are rude. They may be rowdy. Intense environment is not the excuse for showing black face. Good customer service can be pleasant at all times.

i work in Genting for a month already, so far so good~ depends to individual actually, some might feel bored depends on their position~ for those who are interested just go to Resort Hotel for walk in interview every saturday~ bring along photocopied IC, secondary school leaving cert, SPM, and STPM/diploma if available~ and a few passport size photos too~ GSA and croupier has better salary~ the most important things to get croupier is no sweaty palms and no colour blind, as long as no this 2 problems mostly can get the job although qualification not high~ and no tattoo too! for GSA, STPM or diploma is required to get the job, unless got close relative who work as executive in genting~ for students who want to work during semester break, recommended to apply for croupier, no contract bound and may resign whenever their break over as long as earlier notice, and if interested to do partime during studies they are allow to work every friday till sunday too and transport is provided~ the nice thing work in Genting is that accomodation and food is provided, depends on position too~ hope my tips helps~
