I'm in roulette.
U can show your cert during the interview and during the training duration, maybe you can talk to your trainer to skip the training.
No, we can't choose the game but maybe special exception for you.

yes, genting provide food during your working hour and accommodation

Is roulette dealer consider an elite dealer? It has all kinds of payouts compared to dice and the 1to1 payout.

Since the payout is most complicate only those very good in math will be assign to it right? So, is the roulette dealers are consider the "first class" type of dealers among you fellow dealers? How come the dont assign you to card games? Is there a basis for this?

roulette is fun though...
the calculation is easy when you're used to it...
there's no first class dealer or some sort just because you are in different games...
only the position differentiate us..

high level of dealer are usually the maxim/vip dealer...
they look cool in their uniform.

Fun only when you are good in math. 17 times tables is not something most people are familiar with. By the way is it easy to spin the ball?

How did dealers get promoted to be a maxim/vip dealer? How many years of experience usually?

I always think of the vip dealers as those with a "bitter gourd" face. It is just this perception of elite that makes a person snobbish.
