HI,

currently I am watching 8tv etc from my Hypptv on this model TV. However I found that the resolution is only 1080p stretched to 50 inches so it is really blurry. any fix?
*
50inch tv? so u watch bigger resolution tv with smaller size resolution as the source. nope. thers nothing u can do until '8tv etc from Hypptv' start to supply 4k quality.

ah1x can connect wifi, not a problem, 2.4ghz or 5ghz.

ah1x is NOT androidtv (ATV).
that's why it is cheaper.
it has youtube but does not have netflix.

sharp ATV models are al1x and ua6800x.

this thread is about ua6800x.
al1x is newer but essentially the same as ua6800x:

Generally it's bad.. How bad? That remains subjective. Depends on your tolerance levels. I reckon if you have high tastes where that's concerned, you'd know already. Still very much watchable. Just not ideal.. Can't be helped though.

for SD channels, incl RTM123, 789... they are poor, even on STB.

only the HD channels are fine on STB and acceptable on app.

then again, that applies to any video stream... incl astrogo or others.

if they are SD 240p, 360p, they suck big time.

480p is just watchable, 576 is somewhat OK, 720 is very acceptable, 1080p is good.

more so for bigger size TVs.

u have a problem with wifi then...

.. router upstairs, tv downstairs is a bad arrangement, more so if router is at a dead corner spot or the tv is.
.. asus "UHP"... likely rtn12uhp - this is a few years old, N router (can't do ac 5 ghz), max 100mbps.
good router no doubt but difficult to do the job u need.
either u lay LAN cable which is a shit idea for most or u spend money to get a MESH network - Asus AiMesh or TP link Deco D5 or D9.
short of that, i suspect the most u get from the 300mbps is 10mbps, which explains why even netflix doesn't look good.
u can try with a better single router like AC86U or AC88U but hard to say if it will work well in yr case.

.. chinese dramas - try these:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/885170z6yvrs...TV_100.apk/file
https://apkpure.com/adrama/alphastudio.adrama
download and sideload on TV like u did with unifi@playtv.

movies/sports/tv shows... yr best bet is unifi@playtv and astrogo which are legit.
there are other ahem apps that can do but i do not wish to discuss here.

do you know which particular model supports 3 phase? any particular specification that we should look for? so far, i have not found any powerline that clearly mention it supports 3-phase wiring. at home, im using the cheapest d-link av500, sync with no issue.

i am using this router... 2x2, quite good with 5ghz if distance not too far, not too many obstacles.

from one corner at one level to diagonal corner at another, that will be the worst... may get <10mbps.

u can test it with ookla app on phone tablet or the tv itself.

besides changing to 3x3 router or mesh routers, u can also try using another AC router as repeater, connect to TV with cable - this, maybe can get 30-50mbps.
