What does kpkb mean?

I don't know, man. Uber's style is to answer things vaguely. But whatever la, as long as they keep things smooth for me, I'm fine. Grab is headache all the time.

Apologies for not making it clear..its a normal gc booking but with 5 pax.Encountered it about 4-5 times already.The previous cases my rating did go down the nxt day. Those cbk cant really accept any advise nor knows how to respect people.They think the world revolve around them and their makeup/gadget.

In regards to banning drivers,the thing i like the most about uber is they will investigate the issue,call u to clarify and etc.

Unlike grab where they would ban u without clarifying the issues.Most disgruntled drivers comes from grab and most of them didnt have the chance to explain or defend themselves.

Take riders rating for example.Its fair to both parties and both can rate each other.Partner service report? Some driver have no fcking clue what they did to get such bad reviews.How to improve urself then?

grab comes from a world where there have too many drivers, hence their sop just ban, once driver commit third offense without trial... very Asian way of doing things. Uber because they're from America, if they don't give driver fair trial they will be hue and cry and legal action.

I am pretty sure crap new update screw up big this time. However it is good for driver so i'm not telling here (dont want them to fix it). Crap u idiot, u slowly find out lah!

Been driving for crap for 3 months and slowly losing my interest. This big hole (Or they secretly made a good deed but decide not to tell us?) really reignite my interest again.

I swear I wont drive only "3.5 days within 7 days" if this sweet thing remains.

Yeah agree.It can only be good for us drivers if uber and grab keeps competing.I hope and wish the rumours of uber withdrawing themself from asean market is not true.We need both and many more to give more balance to the market.

guys beware yesterday 9-10am block, was online for full hour (in-app yesterday showed 1hr online mins), but today under the 'ended' section only counted 49mins.....ccb. uberxman

No worries... yesterday became flexi. ignored 5 pings straight for high fare beginning of the day. yesterday just did 6 trips only... very very slow ping.. sien. so just gantung kunci... and will take a break starts from today until after christmas. Now going to call uber now to subang airport... uber cheaper
