This afternoon 1 cbk put pick up location at jalan univerisiti and drop off at UM central. The pin was just outside the UM and b4 reaching, received a call from him saying that he was actually at menara selatan in PPUM... since he called, I thought nvm I would just drive a bit further to pick him up. Told him it would take few minutes as it was quite jam outside... he said ok. It took me more than 10 mins from the UM traffic light to reach menara selatan... didn't see him and called him couple of times but didn't pick up... then kena chased away by police guard. Then I cancelled the trip and a ping came in immediately... pick up at parking lrt taman jaya to webe. Called the rider before reaching the pick up point to confirm if he was actually at the parking building opposite or lrt station... Again this cbk didn't pick up call and I just drove to the parking building, then received a chat msg "come in inside" and I reply yes, already inside... then he called and raise his voice saying couldn't see me... saying he was behind the bus. Then I asked him to wait as i knew he must be at the lrt station. After picking him up and showed him the pick up point he put, he still has the face to say last time grab can find him. really feel like smacking him... but lazy to argue and just kept quiet. Working at IT company and IT savvy but don't how to put right location.

I just used it today... and could turn left to the lion head.

if you suddenly having stomach ache around sunway area, you can just drive to the level 1 car park at sunway medical old building... the toilet is a short distance from the car park, clean and free of charge. must be quick I guess.. less than 15 mins and i used smart tag.

Hope you learn from this bad experience. You must be firm to all the riders including mapren. Don't let them instruct you to go here go there. Don't let more than 4 pax to get in your car. I picked up 1 mapren b4 from SS15 courtyard to casa tiara... asked me to go McD drive-tru opposite before sending her home...I said I would just follow the drop off destination and asked her if she wanna cancel the trip... she said just go home

There are many maprens at casa tiara, e-tiara, soho and lafite... many times they would let you wait long for the pick up. I don't give shit and would cancel if the wait is more than 5 mins.

most important thing, did the rider wait for you when you reach there?

This morning picked up an indon rider who put pick up location at sri pentas but in fact he was at the mrt station. The drop off destination put taman puchong permai. I asked where he wanted to go... he said going to meet his boss at the shopping mall in puchong permai... he couldn't tell the name of the mall but could direct me there when reach puchong permai. I knew he simply put the drop off location so i just pull aside and asked him to call his boss what is the name of the mall... guess what? The mall is One City near putra heights.

The fare was RM25... so i don't bother and just drove him directly to one city. I guess one city is a bit nearer( less than 20km) compared to puchong permai.

Of course no charity but the distance was nearer compared to the original destination and I didn't really wanna cross over to puchong. So I was ok with it. Luckily I asked him about the destination beginning of the trip or else would be ended up letting him direct me few km to the final destination.

yes, was using nkve and persiaran kewajipan... straight straight the go... took less than 25min. I feel suspicious and i would normally ask them whenever those foreign riders put the place name as their drop off point instead of road name or building name.

No worries... yesterday became flexi. ignored 5 pings straight for high fare beginning of the day. yesterday just did 6 trips only... very very slow ping.. sien. so just gantung kunci... and will take a break starts from today until after christmas. Now going to call uber now to subang airport... uber cheaper

Last 2 days damn slow even in subang and sunway area. Today not sure

Really needs to be careful with their time. 2 days ago completed 4th trip on that block at 11 am.(my phone and car clock showed the same time). And a ping came in immediately for mid range fare...accepted and luckily rider cancelled the trip. Checked back the history to submit complaint, it showed job accepted 10:59 am. Wtf.. immediately i put smiley face instead of complaining.

Just now took ubler to subang airport from subang jaya. Grab fare showed rm19 and ubler rm12. Distance about 10km.

Last week GC payment team emailed me saying the incentive on Nov 23 will be credited to my cash wallet... in the evening indeed it was credited but lesser, just rm3 only. So I replied them about the difference... and the balance again credited a few hours later
Then the next 2 days they top up RM25 again into my cash wallet... the cash wallet transaction shows reward for Nov 23 incentives... I just kept quiet only, see if they will take it back

Ahboy loss all your bitcoins and now come back to drive is it?
