U need a good back rest or pillow. Probably seating need to adjust a bit.

If peak hour (RM1.40 per km)

Total fare = 2 + (1.4 x 7km) = RM12 (Round up from 11.80)

If non-peak hour (RM1.10 per km)

Total fare = 2 + (1.1 x 7km) = RM10 (Round up from 9.7)

Sometimes crap will round down and i don't know why.

By the way everytime riders ask me whether I drive for Grab FT or PT, I always tell them I do this PT only because I'm a consultant(a sweeter name for insurance agent la 🤣) and I need to meet my clients here and there. I solved my back pain problem by going to a chiropractor in IMU Bukit Jalil.

RM100, quite pricey, but I now have the pose of a bodybuilder. My back has never been this straight before. The drawback is that ever since my spine has been aligned correctly, my tummy is showing up nicely 😭

Bro, u can do bodyweight exercise to strengthen up ur leg muscles, butt and lower back. At least u can spend a few minutes daily.

Massage won't help much. It helps to relief aching muscles. Back pain you better go chiro cause your spine need adjustments. I think you might have a slipped disc .

I drove pretty much the same schedule as you. Do you have any breaks in btwn?
I usually driver 3-4 hrs then break. And if pick up condition is permissable, I'll get out of car each them arrive at pick up location to stretch then greet riders. 2 in 1 solution lol
