I might have that issue. The back of my leg and right ankle hurts driving long hours. Got take breaks in between though.

Funny enough my left knee cap hurts for some strange reason.

Too much stepping on the brakes during jam time. Want to maintain 80% AR, no choice if kena KL ping and no bullet, have to accept. Then masuk KL, stuck there.

Since I switch to Uber Ace, my right foot no pain anymore. I avoid all the jam areas. If kena ping to jam area also, I can cabut after dropoff. No need to worry about online hours.

Can any driver join the Ace incentive programme?or only selected one?

Market maybe still adapting to the new price.However yesterday was also a slow day.Im sure normal service will resume come christmas & new year as grab will definetely provide promo/discount.

i personally okay with the increase of minimum fare although incentive is lesser

this is because i dont think incentive payout will be sustainable and with the daily incentive calculation, part timer like me quite hard to achieve.

like in a week, i may miss out 2-3 days of incentive. so higher fare sounds good to me.

Joking aside take care man.Health is more important.No point driving and getting rm400-500/day only to spend that on ur medical bills.

Both crapcar incentive and flexi drivers income can easily surpass the guarantee amount with much lesser amount of trips

it is a good program for Uber driver, at least there is a guarantee amount of RM1,850 earnings after completed 150 trips per week.

crapcar incentive need to follow schedule, Uber no need, plus the cancellation fee able to get rid a lot of problematic rider. Some willing to earn less and not pressure by crap "quality" rider.

the only advantage is when drivers called and asked riders destination, rejected all the mid to long range trips...which is against ublur policies.

sooner or later they will do something about it especially to the drivers who always enjoyed the high incentive payout.

Earnings definitely not that good. But there are other benefits that I believe, cannot be measured with money. You don't need to be online all the time and maintain 80% AR. So anytime you want a break, you can go. You don't have to drive when there's a jam. Everything is smoother on Uber. Rarely got bugs, passenger no show then no show la. Just cancel. Pickup distance too far? Just ignore. Or cancel if Waze says the pickup distance is further than what Uber estimated. Account statements all done nicely cun cun. Not Ah Beng don't know accounts like Grab. Everything by Monday finalized already then proceed to transfer money to your bank then Tuesday evening will get the money already. Here, Grab put incentives in their imaginary Cash Wallet on Tuesday also you guys celebrating already...
