Waze picks the fastest, not the shortest, routes.

a few days ago I received a final warning from grab about cancellation rate.sms said will suspend if CR too high for this week.

my cancellation rate now at 12.9%.fetch one customer only reduce 0.1 -0.2% gg liao.cancel too much to protect incentive.

can someone share with me how long will kena suspend?I called CS to ask but they cant answer me.

Less than 15% also kena?

CR must below 10%....

how many jobs you completed this week? 13% cr must be a lot you hit cancel... one day 20 to 30 jobs never hit more then 4 times Cancel button also.

until now is 105 jobs.yeah...I did hit a lot of cancellation and I thought can cover back on weekends.

now I am in flexi mode only take rm4-5 job....hopefully can get CR rate below 10%.

but just in case I am suspended,how long will it be?I need to plan my next week schedule.tq

I calculated, u need to complete 140+ jobs from job no. 105 onwards without a single cancellation to achieve just around 10% CR
