Usually DR won't change till the following day 0000. So he is safe till then. Unless gung-ho rider rate him less than a 5 🌟 immediately after trip

Not sure how kl side rate their incentive. For Penang, on the dot and throughout the block we r driving we just need to make sure all r above. Even if the following day rating kaput, we still get our incentive on the day our ratings are ok

AR n CR is in the hands of the driver. Don't blame 🦀 when they start issuing love SMS or wassap

I noticed one interesting observation. Maybe u guys can test where possible. New week, AR n CR reset. Accept first job but rider dunno ffk where. Waited 5 minutes then I cancel the job. AR=100% , CR=100% also since first job of the week. Feeling dissatisfied, use the app to report rider ffk. Continue grabbing after tat to lower my CR, then I noticed my CR drops back to 0, AR-100%.
Scenario above common? I always thought that driver cancel CR will remained.....

Cerita yest nite. Pick up 4 foreigners, was a short trip and I'm abt to bungkus for the night. Rider requested to drop by 7e to get some drink and since it's on the way I said fine, told them 5 mins top. Agreed, so went ahead. Those farkers literally took their time. First warning, gesture them 2 mins. Then they came out and said bang boleh tunggu 10min lagi ah? Screw them upside down and said I'm not yr personal driver. Asked them to pay the fare stated and I cabut straight.
Nowadays I'm not so kind to riders who try to take advantage. Usual sop now is to write grandmother story to grab after such cases. Better to cover my ass.

I know the place inside out and the mini stop was on the way. No prob with fulfilling rider request provided it's reasonable. Its close to 12 am, no traffic and drop off is otw back home so why not. However it is when they cross the line, it is when I will put a stop to it.
I don't do side deals as it's not worth the risk either from grab or spad. Rider can say they will pay extra bla bla bla but u never know when they come and bite u back. Remember it takes one complaint from rider to grab saying we overcharged to get love letter or something worst.

Never was a concern I guess. However I do make sure I report a past trip with every detail honestly, including collection of full fare even if it is not @drop off point.

So far I have to admit grab has been kind with a few incident I encountered. Same rider within minutes, this case and rider ffk causing my Cr to rise just to name a few.

Nowadays really hard to play HG. Now in Penang we don't have Flexi as an option. It used to be the 3rd trip kena tendang jauh or some jerung fare which burns the incentive. Now, 2nd trip ad kena.

No Flexi, Flexi buatan sendiri got la... Wat cash back and minimum fare for certain amt of trip semua tarak

It is a known fact la.... During a job, u can slide unavailable. Does not affect yr total online hours
