after reached Sunway mentari side..get ping PJS 6..oklah no need face jam to uturn to pyramid...just pusing pusing thru pjs7. then after fetch them to pyramid (NPE bypass all the jam)..ping to nadayu. then after that job finished at lagoon perdana side, get ping to pyramid. so oklah all jobs reasonable pickup.

but when I was at Tropicana avenue.. get ping to CURVE. reject... then ping to Starling... that one I take since I want go there and luckily pax didn't cancel. no jam.. drive F1 style reached <10 mins.

Lucky for you all.. for me Friday was a nightmare.. so many pings >3km pickup and low fare. Seriously wasting fuel... Grab should compensate for getting drivers to go >3km for pickup =.=

Couple of months ago I picked up a Pinoy from one hyped condo somewhere in Mont Kiara. So langsi and all, not acting like princess but queen. I’m not familiar with the area and only at drop off point that I realized she’s just a domestic helper there. The dialogue goes like this.

Anyone feel using GRAB GPS better than waze gps? my experience is GRAB GPS position more accuracy and the distance pickup mostly bellow 3 KM. I turn on available after drop off.

Me too. Had been waiting long for the midnight update since I know will significantly bounced back from my last drop from 4.98 to 4.94 last week at xx40 people rated and now 4.94 to 4.97. I'll kill the dumb princess with sad emoji for sure!

Hurmmm... I worked in kl. 5 - 6pm left office right at golden triangle. to move out from kl, there's chance getting trips to leave kl. on good days, got trip to ampang, wangsa maju, hartamas and so on. often easy to get to klcc. nightmare is to get to pavilion or anywhere that need to pass pavilion. no bullet because that the time start grab almost everyday. unless managed some trips in the morning.
learned to go unavailable once pickup passenger until really close to drop point, or just get available after dropoff. bad if forget to online and leave few minutes of the 60 mins offline, as seemed grab slash considerable amount if not enough 60minutes online for the blocks.

The other day got mapren at ampang to ampang area. Said waited 1 hour previous driver arrived and cancelled in front of him. was the same driver he got the morning. Sort of want to complain to grab of the driver, remember plate number partially. Getting in car right away ask to drive fast. I said, no wonder the other driver reject you. Then, instruct to go left/right his route., fastest maybe. Then ask please drive faster laa, I need to poo. (i get a bit worried then, so less respond). Then there is car infront quite 100mtrs ahead, he asked to get closer and faster laa pleasee.. once close, asked "cross la". Well, cannot overtake, there are cars opposite direction. Then he try this.. Faster laa, OR YOU WANT ME POO INSIDE HERE?

Pause a few moments, then I asked him "Why are you threatening me?" low voice. He said can't hear. Up volume I repeat, "Why are you threatening me?" then only he chicken and plead apologizing. lots of "I'm sorry, I'm sorry...." after drop off, keep comments later. 2 days later, put this remarks on, and tick abusive language.

Should have the etiquette.. get ease himself before boarding.

Friday exploit. Rm 100 fare incentive rm 200. Hehe.

I just worry it gets corrected but only partially... as in the online mins will show you online 20 mins when u actually online 60 mins...uberxman

they can check manually...they used to before the daily incentives system. they have our drop-off time in their system.

Dear Grab CTO,
Please hire a competent database vendor, maybe someone like Oracle, IBM etc...to fix your incentives system. those new sexy database modalities like noSQL, hadoop etc maybe the rage....but your programmers clearly cant get a handle on it.

when you turn on The GRAB app. it will show you are using GRAB GPS and you using waze will show position by waze GPS. now if you turn on GRAB app and after receive job ping select destination it will using GRAB GPS. if you turn on waze before turn on GRAB app it will use waze GPS to position. This is GRAB new feature.

from the typical way companies here are... they probably started out hiring the cheapest developer they could find. then when their business boom their original cap ayam design cannot scale up/cope... hence their numerous glitches because they trying to patch up shit software.
