Hmm I'm getting abit confused with incentive. To qualify hourly block incentive, is it sufficient to only on your Grab? Or must I slide "im available"? If it's the latter then it's very difficult as I can't fetch all incoming requests.. Haha

Trip to KL city in MP hours cannot la....around 30 minutes to one hour per trip excluding pickup time.sure will burn the whole block.What are your online hours usually and what's your other job/study schedule location like Usually monday to friday try to hit as much incentives as possible (7am - 7pm) then rest on weekend.Friday more hardworking 7am to midnight.if got errand on weekday then cover on weekend and vice versa.as long as hit target for living expenses ok liao. I sometimes feel sorry for Grab CS because most of the time they are out of their depth to answer all questions coming in from disgruntled driver.That said this problem can be avoided if grab invested on getting their apps better and educating their riders.ive encountered 3 cs giving 3 different answers to the same questions everytime i called them.At the end of the day drivers will be left feeling piss off bcos no one cud give definite answer to their questions.They themselves create the problems.

Other than that taichi to other department, u think crap CS is train like Ublur CS to solve problem? Yesterday i called them to put remark, i specifically mention rider cancelled upon arrival after i called rider. That CS still has cheek telling me "Cancel without notification?" After that give that 1 star, enough said. |
