first line seems ('fares') seem to be trying to show NETT fare....but based on the amount, commission would have to be close to 30%!!! and then at the bottom there is 'deductions'...commision....but that one is like 14%?!?! then they DEDUCT this amount again from the already NETT amount at the bottom.....

its OK...under-report true income by about 20%

PS: maybe should just diam diam...sekali grab staff read this then over correct pulak...

ALSO thank heavens their incentive/dev team geniuses weren't in charge of calculating our weekly payments all this while (oh wait recent problems started when they got involved)....

After checking, the problem of not tally is on friday and saturday morning. Something screw up during that period.

The statement shows all the wrong fare details :

1. I drove 17 trips on Friday. Statement shows I did not drive.

2. The incentive I received for the week is RM 257. Statement shows I received incentive RM 448

3. Why they sort the Incentives column by Incentive amount? It should sort by Date.

4. Show I received RM 31 for "Total trip level promo". I did not receive this.

Why Grab can't even get statements correct??? It is just add/minus/total the fares. What so hard? Are they going to fix it and resend the correct statement?
