The statement shows all the wrong fare details :

1. I drove 17 trips on Friday. Statement shows I did not drive.

2. The incentive I received for the week is RM 257. Statement shows I received incentive RM 448

3. Why they sort the Incentives column by Incentive amount? It should sort by Date.

4. Show I received RM 31 for "Total trip level promo". I did not receive this.

Why Grab can't even get statements correct??? It is just add/minus/total the fares. What so hard? Are they going to fix it and resend the correct statement?

Hi sifu, just now i dropped off a rider then i waited at the drop off location waiting for next ping. Ten minutes later i received ping from same rider. Is this consider as 2 trips or 1 trip? Must be unique rider? Hope this is not gaming. Today ping quite slow...

I only drive part time : before and after work. Not greedy. Rm 100 nett per day is good enough to me.

You get zero incentive after drive whole day??? Some sifu here target ikan bilis only so the fare collected is low but incentive is high.

During Set Destination trip, after pickup, don't set to Unavailable. This will turn off the SD. If you online again 2 minutes before drop-off, it is back to non-SD and you will get trips to any direction.

This morning 7am-8am 1 trip complete, 8am-9am 1 trip complete. Traffic jam really bad. Luckily got MP to help a bit.

Local people also can make you wait 10 minutes. Don't judge by skin color. Sometimes bangla better than local. Bangla is more likely to appreciate and give you tips. Actually, bangla never give me problem. It is the locals who are worst

Already know drive Uber is charity. Is it our fault to refuse to drive for them? We drive to make loss is it?????

You need to drive 10 more trips to cover every trip you cancel to bring your DR below 10% (else you will receive love sms from grab). You cancelled 10 so you have to drive 100 trips just to bring it to 10%. And u earned 8 hours incentive only. This is not worth it. Don't complain if Grab bans you.

If Grab bomb you with high fare, just accept it for the hour to earn AR bullets.

Also your actions will make Grab service unreliable and people will not take Grab. Then you will wonder why can only get 1 ping per hour.

Actually is good feature. When ping comes in, I cannot switch back to Waze. I must wait for timer to run.

It is better to just press 'X' so that I can switch back to Waze and concentrate driving.

Today few roads in kl closed for car-free day. I accepted a High Fare trip in kl but end up travel more distance for to road detour. Feel cheated by Grab.

When i am chasing incentive, i wish to get rm 5 jobs only. I ignore rm 10 and above jobs.

When i on flexi (weekend), i ignore all below rm 15 jobs.

I use 2 phones. One for receive ping and gps. One for watch youtube / surf net while waiting for princess to walk to PUP.

Grab don't pay you rm 24. Grab take 25% commission from Rm 24. So grab pay you only rm 18. Grab still earns from you rm 29 - rm 18 = rm 11.

On AA to get incentive? I am sure the ping every hour is bilis, bilis then jerung. Then all HG burned. Hahah

I part-timer. I drive 2 hours on morning for UP and MP. Then 1-2 hours after work to repair AR. I can get about nett RM 70-80 per day like this.

But with AA for HG, i will stop driving because I cannot accept far away jobs that will make me late for work.

I will stop driving Grab for now and see see. Maybe weekend drive as flexi.

Grab said 70% drivers are part timer but they force this AA on us.

I use Waze also because Waze can choose toll or no toll route. If rider choose no toll, I just show Waze to rider the additional ETA time.

Last time thought can off AA to filter for jerung jobs. But instead become low priority until no job come in at all.

So forced to on AA to get any jobs at all. Actually after on AA also can get 1 job per hour only. How to survive leh?
