Yup... a lot of sellers prefer not to install because they are worried about the issue you mentioned. Couldnt blame them, they are at loss when they have to replace your expensive TG. That is why I prefer to only go to sellers which does installation.

On the contrary I think they are making obscene margins on this kinda stuffs, so they can afford screwing up laugh.gif

something different happened today with my X's battery....I normally do a full charge to 100% and unplug before bed, and when I get up in the morning it'll be 100% (battery stays overnight), but this morning first thing I check it shows 94%, not a bad news but something's just different. what shocked me is the battery drain is x5 faster than usual, just a simple 1 min call took away 1% batt, 3x 1 min calls took away 3% shocking.gif whatsapp about 3 mins took another 2%..... normally by now my X should have above 90% batt (been this way since day 1 till now), but today as of now, my batt is at 74%..... hmmmm?

the only thing I could think off is the update to latest version of whatsapp/fb messenger/fb/instagram I did yesterday evening.

Yup personally feel better to walk in purchase and ask them to install for us especially if you are concerned about its compatibility with casing.
I walked in to machines pavilion to buy and they do help me to install and see whether it fit my apple silicone casing first before proceed to payment.
Now I’m happy with my combo hehe.

word of advice to potential buyers, NEVER EVER BUY IPHONE FROM TELCO NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT IS. I've learned my lesson rather fork out full amount to get from online store and wait for it to arrive on your doorstep. At least apple online store offer no questions ask 14 days 1-1 replacement or refund.
*
Bro, did you managed to talk to Apple customer care regarding the dust under the camera lens? Is it eligible for a 1-1 exchange even though you bought it through Telco?

Will like to ask, for wireless charging, is it recommened to leave it charging overnight? As previously I tried out wireless charging with the s8+, I notice that the phone is still warm the next day when it's fully charge. Whereby if use cable it won't feel warm

Haha. If I use SK II, I think cannot buy the X already (whatever leftover from my claims).

The Otterbox Symmetry is slimmer and friendlier with SP I think.
You everyday wake up fresh Pokerface is it... mine failed today again lol

My apologies Sis. Too often the 'bro' appears in my sentences and I dunno why lol.

No worries on membership lapse, you can just renew it for RM12...to me, its quite worth it. RM12 renews your membership which gets you free additional 1 year membership.

On the points side, I'm not really bothered. Not even sure what I can do with it lol.
*
No worries. Yeah, it is worth to renew the membership. Let me survey during the hols.

You can activate your battery saving mode in Settings. Also , close all yours apps when not in used, I believed it's the swipe up on your screen, same as previous iphones. This will prevent drainage of battery. Usually with all new phones, it's recommended to charge for at least 10 hours straight, even it's fully charged before that.

hmm I suspect its the few apps that I have updated yesterday, might have triggered something to drain more battery..
I thought new battery now no longer require 10 hours of charge anymore? since a few years back..

Last time I'm using the original Samsung wireless charger. Any feedback on them for the iPhone X?

That 10 hours charging is still up to debate. I thought newer iphones, especially X claims the battery life is longer than previous iphone models?

Also one tip I learn is only charge your phone when you have to. If your phone is 90%, don't bother charging it . Charge it when it's below 40-50 %. Also when it's fully charged,i.e 100% then you should stop charging. Overcharging will reduce the phone's battery lifespan overtime. That's how I see it to say the least. That's why when you sleep , you charge your phone until morning and you tend to overcharge it since you sleep more than 7 hours. Better to charge it when you are awake.

yes im totally the same as you, only charge the phone if its below 80%, anything above that I don't bother charging, and I charge when it is below 10%, no overnight charge, I pull the plug out right when it reaches 100% (maybe give it another 2 mins charge to power up biggrin.gif ) never practice charging phone overnight, since iphone 4 to date :haha:

Seeing some users have issue with green line of death, maybe it's better to wait longer before buying the X haha.
