Depends on which coverage is better for your home area. If you have been with Digi for a long time, if it serving you well, then dont risk yourself for porting out. Digi 78 plan is good though. But I am with Maxis now, and the coverage and internet is way faster than Digi good luck in making choice. If you are taking easyphone, it is mandatory for you to take for rm50 protection plan x 24 months.
Maxis undoubtedly best coverage. But RM128/month excl. GST like not worth it for me. I use not more than 10GB/month. At home Unifi 50mbps (very consistent and hardly any down time). But speed wise I saw on Open Signal and tested with my SO's iPhone 8 on speedtest, Celcom seems to be much faster.
if Digi serve you well, just stay... unless the area you mostly at having poor Digi signal, if the reason for you to go Celcom just to get ipx quickly, then it is clear that you can stay with Digi
Haha yes. Main reason I went to Celcom cause they have it in stock for me. At home got 4G advance coverage for Digi. Just that in office (Gardens) the coverage quite bad indoors. Especially malls/high rise offices etc. Don't know if Celcom got that problem or not. Already bought Hoda SP and Spigen Ultra Hybrid. Both waiting for the X!

The ball is with you. Should choose any telco that serve the best for you, as you will be bind into contract for 2 years. Good luck bro
Digi so far working well for me. Switch from maxis after 15 years with them. Few years back digi network is not consistent and their speed often fluctuate especially at peak hours and only stabilise at midnight. Since early 2017 their network seems just as good as maxis now.
Anyone here having the issue of crackling speaker when the volume is set at high or max?? This is so annoying for a RM5k phone, wondering if it's a widespread issue or only me

Sorry to hear that, have you tried other song if the speaker still burst? Hopefully you have an answer soon.

It's most obvious when the volume is set at high or max volume with piano music, currently I'm gathering data of affected device, if possible please watch the video I attached below and set it to maximum volume. The crackling or buzzing is most obvious starting from 1.04 mark of this video, report back whether your device having the same issue. It's also important to note that the crackling or buzzing only appear to be happened on Earpiece speaker, speaker located at the bottom of the device is not affected.

Yup. Apple’s very own Beats Studio 3 Wireless (latest version with W1 chip) can do this with ANC off. 22 hours with ANC on.
Sony’s WH-1000XM2 can last up to 30 hours. 20 houra is more than enough really
My MDR1000X gives me about 25-30 hours on a single full charge too, but I resent Sony coz just after I purchased it they launched the 1000XM2, ha ha. Oh well, at least I got it cheap...

I am using iPhone 8 plus, yes its a lil bit of buzzing on earpiece speaker when it hits 1.04 mark.. However it is not noticeable when I hear from far away..
Thanks mate! Will head over to the mall later and decide.
In my opinion, I think you shouldn't sign a two year contract with a telco just because they have stocks of the phone you want available. No point having the phone without a reliable data service to utilize the said phone

The buzzing on the Iphone x is obvious when it hits 1.04 mark and onwards. At least, on my device it behave like this, I already contacted apple customer support regarding this issue and they had already assigned a senior advisor to give me a callback by tomorrow morning.

Mine too, the senior advisor would not do much, they will just say they are investigating and will tell you to wait for a software update.
im still thinking whether to get from telco or any from apple authorized reseller
If you are consistently paying RM 78+ monthly phone bill, you may get it from Digi, if more than that, you can get from other telcos such as Celcom (98), Maxis (128). Otherwise, get from Lazada/Qoo10, as they will be saying cheaper than Authorised Apple Resellers.
